The Millennia Imersiv D-1 HDR Digital to Analog Converter is a groundbreaking innovation from John La Grou, the visionary behind Millennia Media. This ultra-precise DAC is designed for professionals and demanding consumers who demand the highest level of sonic accuracy, with measured audio resolution reaching an unprecedented 162 dB below full scale and output noise as low as 40 nV.
More than 100 times more accurate than standard converters, the Imersiv D-1 delivers breathtaking depth, low-level detail, and a neutral rendering of sound sources. A novel patented DSP architecture works in combination with Millennia’s renowned analog signal path. The D-1's extreme linearity is achieved by monitoring its analog output and feeding back into the digital signal path in real time.
Housed in a half-rack wide, two-rack unit high chassis, the D-1 features a display, five-button interface, parameter / volume control, and headphone output. Expandability includes options such as a balanced headphone amplifier, subwoofer breakout box, Dante inputs, and a 19" rack mount kit.
