EU Vat Numbers (B2B)
If you reside in an EU country other than Austria and have a valid (VIES) Vat number, you can deduct the Vat from your order using our Vat ID field in the cart or account sections. More detailed instructions can be found here.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Please be aware, for orders outside of the EU: Our prices to you will be excluding any tax, though as you are importing goods there may be local tax and/or import duties imposed by your local customs authority. The amount depends on your country's import agreements/laws.
These fees are usually collected by the courier prior to delivery.
It depends on where you are. Orders shipped to the EU will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days depending on where you are.
For items ordered that are in stock, we will usually ship on the next working day.
If there are one or more items in your order not in stock at the time of order, then delivery times from our suppliers will need to be factored in to these delivery times.

We use all major carriers, though prefer UPS at present. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
"Standard Shipping" and "Express Shipping" refer to the methods of transportation our designated shipping carrier will use to deliver your order.
Standard Shipping:
This uses a standard shipping service provided by our courier(s). Usually UPS or Post. The exact transit times depend on where we are delivering to, though inside Europe transit is usually within a week.
Express Shipping:
The term "Express" pertains to the shipping method our courier employs once the package is dispatched.
While Express Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days within Europe, the actual delivery time is also dependant on product availability.
If a product is not in stock at the time of your order, "Express Shipping" does not guarantee delivery within a fixed time frame from the date of purchase, and you should contact us for further information on delivery times.
Yes, Express Shipping often incurs an additional cost compared to Standard Shipping. The exact amount depends on where the shipment will go and will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to choose the shipping option that best suits your needs.
The available shipping methods for your delivery address can be viewed on the checkout page. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information to see all the options and choose the one that matches your requirments.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will receive tracking information via email when your order is dispatched by us. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.
This tracking info is also visible on your account page under "My Orders". You must first log in to access this information.
Product
Our webstore uses a live stock system to check each product's stock status.
"• In Stock" products:
If a product is in stock and ready to ship, the produc page includes a green "• In Stock" text just under the Price. This is also visible in search results and category views.
"• In Stock Soon" products:
Products which display yellow "• In Stock Soon" text under the price are not in stock right now. These products are mostly on backorder with our suppliers and will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive with us.
If your order has an urgent delivery deadline, please contact us to make a plan regarding exact delivery times.
As there may be times when products are combined and specialised to your specific needs, in these cases a deposit or full payment is required before we can source the items and create the custom setup for you.
One example would be specific frequency bands for professional wireless systems.

Returning and Refunding
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
To return an item, you need to contact us at sales@prosoundeurope.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the package back to us. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@prosoundeurope.com.
