Voice Technologies VT506 Water Lavalier Microphone

The Voice Technologies VT506 Water has a perfectly intelligible and neutral voice reproduction due to its high-end capsule used. The microphone is also optimised for wearing under clothing and has therefore been established in the film production sector for many years. The capsule of the lavalier microphone has a slight frequency boost at 1KHz. The VT506 Water is also waterproof to IPX-7 (1m under water for 30 minutes), which makes it ideal for use in wet environments. Despite this feature, the VT506 Water sounds the same as the normal VT506 lavalier microphone. Thanks to injection moulding, the VT506 Water is extremely robust and shock-resistant. The cable is moulded directly into the capsule housing, which makes it virtually impossible to pull out. The microphone capsule is protected from any interference with Radio Frequency signals and the particularly flexible connection cable ensures that handling noise is eliminated.
